Sports & Education Trust

Grimsby Town Sports and Education Trust were originally funded in 1986 as Grimsby Town Football in the Community, the aim was to promote the football club in the local community and engage with young people in an activity related fashion.

The programme is currently managed by ex-Grimsby Town player, assistant manager and manager Graham Rodger. In 2008 we became a registered charity. We are tasked to focus on four main strands of work; Sports Participation, Heath, Education and Sports Inclusion, although these four strands are not exclusive areas of engagement.

Our programme is constantly moving forward to become a well established, progressive and self supporting scheme that reaches out to all areas of the communities within the North East Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire area.
